After years of caring for others as a Registered Nurse, Rei decided to take his passion for health and safety beyond the hospital walls. In 2008, with his wife’s support and her allied health background, he founded One Source Waste Services, a small business born from the commitment to protect both people and the environment. With just a small van and a few collection bins, Rei started his mission: to provide safe, reliable, and environmentally friendly biomedical waste disposal.

As a small business, One Source Waste Services has thrived on building long lasting relationships with customers, as well as creating a family legacy. Founded by Rei, this company is enriched by the contribution of his adult children. His daughter with an occupational therapy background, and his son in law being a U.S. Military Veteran and with an environmental science background bring their own expertise to the family business.

Together, they embody a blend of compassion, expertise and a shared mission to protect our communities while remaining true to their small business roots.
